VASE covered with machine embroidered silkpaper.
Gold organza layered over gold satin (scraps from UWIC smoking project)was used to make this fabric bowl.
Machine satin stitch over choclate wrappers created the design on each panel. Matching blue and orange beads (from my grandfather's tray stash), complete the bowl.
Must make more, now I know how!!
Ah that's lovely Heather, these bowls are really clever. I was thinking of asking mum to make some in red and white for my Christmas stall, I think they would be really popular.
